We DO NOT broker our cars out to other car shipping/auto transport carriers. Because we ship our own cars and do not broker them out to other auto carriers, we only book cars depending on the availability of our trucks. We base this on our "estimated" dates that we expect the trucks to be there. We do our best to work around the customers requested ship dates, but there are times we may not be there with in the customers requested time schedule.
Any personal belongings left in vehicle are shipped strictly at the owner's personal risk. Personal items include boxes, furniture, plants, clothing etc. These items should be shipped with your household moving company. This policy is strictly enforced for the following reason: It's against the law for a licensed motor carrier to transport anything that isn't covered under their USDOT operating authority. Items not included on the driver's bill of lading can be confiscated and the carrier fined, placed under a FMCSA compliance review or have their authority suspended by the DOT. They have been known to take vehicles off of the truck, unload for inspection, and simply leave personal items sitting on the side of the road or at a scale. ALL trucks are subject to these inspections. Also, personal belongings are not covered by the carrier's insurance, therefore any damage caused to the items or by the items is not covered by the insurance. Drivers will not inventory any items and will not assume responsibility for them. Also additional weight in the vehicle may cause the driver to be over legal maximum weight, therefore putting him at risk of a fine of up to $5000.00. The driver is ultimately responsible for any and all fines therefore, items left in the vehicle are allowed only at the drivers’ discretion. If the driver is not comfortable with the type of items or feels the weight of items will cause him to be over the legal weight limit, he will ask you to remove the items prior to shipment.

Pick Up:
At least 24 hours before, the driver will contact you to give you an estimated time of arrival and make the preliminary pick up arrangements. The driver will advise as to how close he can get to your address. He will get as close as he can legally and safely get. We cannot go into many residential areas and the driver will need to meet you at a nearby shopping center or large parking area. Please remember, the truck and trailer is 68 feet long and 8 feet tall. Also, he not only needs to be able to get in to the area, but he needs to have enough room to load and unload cars and he needs to be able to get back out of the area legally and safely. Once the driver arrives, you or your designated representative must be present while the detailed condition report of the outside of the vehicle is done and then you or your representative will need to sign the condition report as being true and accurate. This entire process should take under 20 minutes. The driver will then load the car on to the truck. Once the paperwork is done, you are free to go and the driver takes care of the rest. From here your cars journey across the United States begins…..
